This might be the most visited Jerk Center in the whole Cayman Islands. Seymour Sylburn has been serving his Jerk Chicken and Pork for over 30 years. He marinates and seasons with his old secret family recipes, cooking everything on a charcoal grill. This establishment is now re-opened in the coast of George Town.
