Taste This Life is a catering company. Winner of the DOT Blogger Competition and featured in Cayman Cookout 2017 at the Ritz Carlton. Chef Jess’s signature dish is the Cheese Stuffed Ackee Fritters with Callaloo Aioli and Pepper Jelly Drizzle. They have been featured in Cayman Taste and have been capturing notoriety with other delights as: Cayman Style Mahi, Coconut Roasted Pork, Cayman Style lobster and the Honey Orange Roasted Duck Breast.
