Refund Policy

  • You can request a refund for your unredeemed voucher within 24 hours after the purchase
  • After you have requested a refund, allow 5-7 business days for your money to be refunded back. Please note your money will be refunded to the same payment method you used to purchase the voucher
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product/service delivered to you by the merchant, please let the merchant know straight away what your complaint is. The merchant is responsible for delivering quality goods and services and compensating you for any disclaim.
