Dubbed as a ‘culinary voyage through the Greater Antilles’, the aptly named ‘Tillie’s’ promises to deliver a largely Caribbean based menu, blended with American favourites - after all this is where the majority of the boutique Beach Suites Hotel clientele will hail from. Featuring 30 Day Dry Aged Rib eye, Classic Surf n Turf, Whole Grilled Market Fish, and Grilled Heritage Chicken, the menu sounds as good as the restaurant looks. Draped in classic yellow and white, and set against the backdrop of Seven Mile blue, this new addition to Cayman’s restaurant scene is sure to get great reviews inside and out.
