Selling all that is referenced to Rum, the Tortuga Rum Company manufactures Spiced Rum, Rum Cakes, Chocolates, Coffee and Sauces in an artisan fashion. Their Rum Cakes are extremely popular in the Caymans, you can taste beforehand their numerous flavors: Pineapple, Walnut, Banana, Blue Mountain Coffee, Chocolate, Coconut and Key Lime. It is customary for tourists to buy a bottle of Rum, aged for several years.
