Cityplugged Cayman, The Westin Hotel and The Performance Lab have partnered up to present to you an epic fitness and wellness event!

The Performance Lab will fuel your bodies with their most popular class: The Weekend Warrior, except this time it will be on The Westin’s Governor’s Lawn which faces our spectacular Caribbean sea!

There will be a DJ playing and keeping the vibes up with some pumped tunes so make sure you keep up with the beat! At the end of the workout, you will all receive a complimentary healthy treat that will nourish your body after the energetic workout.

The Westin’s coffee shop will be open and available for all of you to purchase any extra snacks, coffee, smoothies and beverages you may desire.

There is limited space for this event, a maximum capacity of 40 people, so make sure to get your tickets ASAP.

• Check-in: 8 am
• Workout begins: 8:30 am
• Workout ends: 9:30 am
• Cooldown: 9:45 am
• Social time and healthy snack time: 9:45 am – 10:30 am

What to bring:

• Sweat Towel
• Water bottle
• Swimsuit (if you want to jump in the sea after a workout)
• A LOT OF ENERGY
