• This Deal expires in 60 days
• Amount paid never expires
• Appointment required
• Limit for 1 person to use it
• Limit 1 per visit
• Valid only for the deal purchased within the deal’s expiration date
• All products/services must be used by the same person (or group if the Deal was purchased specifically for a group)
• The merchant is responsible for delivering high-quality services and products as advertised
• The merchant is responsible for the guarantee of the products/services being sold on Cityplugged’s platform
• Deals can be repurchased by the same customer after 30 days
• Not valid for delivery
• Not valid for under 18 years old
• Gratuity is not included

Refund Policy

• You can request a refund for your unredeemed voucher within 24 hours after the purchase
• After you have requested a refund, allow 5-7 business days for your money to be refunded back. Please note your money will be refunded to the same payment method you used to purchase the voucher
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product/service delivered to you by the merchant, please let the merchant know straight away what your complaint is. The merchant is responsible for delivering quality goods and services and compensating you for any disclaim. If the merchant refuses to collaborate please send us an email to complaints@citypluggedcayman.com and we will try our best to help the situation
