Dubbed as a ‘culinary voyage through the Greater Antilles’, the aptly named ‘Tillie’s’ promises to deliver a largely Caribbean based menu, blended with American favourites - after all this is where the majority of the boutique Beach Suites Hotel clientele will hail from. Featuring 30 Day Dry Aged Rib eye, Classic Surf n Turf, Whole Grilled Market Fish, and Grilled Heritage Chicken, the menu sounds as good as the restaurant looks.
